There is a no refund policy on oracle decks as each deck is Reiki charged with an intention for the specific purchaser and contact with the purchaser infuses he purchaser’s energy into the Deck. As such it is a custom good. 

Shipping is included in the price of the deck for customers in the United States.

Customers outside of the U.S. can expect to be billed separately for shipping. Thus far decks have been shipped to the following international countries:
