I am a LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) and a Holy Fire Reiki Master. I’m located just outside of Buffalo NY. I have been in private practice for about 10 years now.
I integrate all aspects of healing into my practice and in my work. Clinically I utilize EMDR, CBT, mindfulness based modalities and do a lot of attachment based and ego state work. I recently received certification In Hypnosis for Trauma and PTSD. I’m currently receiving training for Past Life Regression.
When I’m working with a client that’s aware (some are not) of their light work/twin soul connections, I’m assisting them with releasing old patterns and focus on their own individual growth and love for self. My focus isn’t so much on their relationship with the counterpart but rather all the “stuff” that tends to surface. This can be a long process as new ways of thinking and behaving have to be established. Therapy takes time.
I would say over the last year especially, more and more clients have been disclosing their metaphysical experiences/spiritual gifts and just want a safe place to share this information. This has been the biggest shift in the way I perform therapeutically. It’s been amazing!
