I am a licensed clinical psychologist who specializes in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) for anxiety, trauma, obsessive compulsive spectrum, and mood disorders. I've been independently licensed for the past 15 years.
I've been on the twin flame journey for almost 30 years and have been studying a lot about the unique challenges of this journey since learning about twin flames 8 years ago. I work with twin flames and other lightworkers in sessions that combine energy healing with evidence-based skills from CBT to help them anchor their energetic shifts into physical reality with new behaviors and mindsets.
I have a full time job working as a psychologist. I am limited in how I can work with clients in my traditional job, but I have a private coaching and healing business where I can still guide people to learn new skills with greater freedom in how I can approach the work. This means that I do not bill insurance for these services. I do offer discounts when people sign up for multiple session packages because they are committed to really doing the work.
I love supporting other twins as I do believe that we have a shared mission here at this time. I offer myself as an option for those who need some traditional therapeutic support in addition to their healing work.
