Who highlighted the things about you and within you that were beautiful and unique and twisted them because of their own self hate and inferiority complex? Was it the media? Was it your teachers? Was it the kids that bullied you at school? Was it the persons that you grew up with? Was it your work colleagues or your past or even present loves?Whoever they were, bless them, thank them for highlighting the wonderful qualities that they were threatened by and release the negative energy so that it can be transmuted to love. Because if you continue to sit in, carry around and internalize these negative energies, you will attract more negativity. If you hate yourself you will only attract people that do not truly love you. Once you’re not self confident you will wallow in that dead end job and even if you leave that job you will attract another dead end job; because like attracts like. You co-create your own reality and as hard as it is to accept, the only person holding you back from the life you imagined, is you. Don’t let negative self talk keep you in a place of darkness and despair. Life is too short and beautiful for that crap! Identify and celebrate something wonderful about yourself everyday and surround yourself with people, multimedia and things that honor and love your uniqueness!
